Project Manager
Trinidad & Tobago
Responsibilities:
- End to end ownership of projects, starting from its inception to final client release. All deliveries should be on-time, within scope and of utmost quality. Staying on schedule is crucial.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop a detailed project plan and proactively manage project timelines, resources and report project progress against deliverables.
- Manage ongoing client communication including regularly scheduled meetings/calls and provide exceptional follow up, written reports and presentations.
- Utilize best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Facilitate the creation of the appropriate project documentation to support effective planning, delivery, integration and support.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost.
- Represent the voice of the client in all internal discussions while providing leadership, support and ongoing guidance to members of the project team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)/ PSM/ CSM Certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in high pressure environments in the fields of software development and project management.
- Leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, people, and leadership skills.
- An out-of-the-box thinker with strong “problem solving” ability.
- High attention to detail.
